Pay per lead · India

Pay-per-lead marketing, with a definition you can audit

Our pay-per-lead model is a hybrid: a ₹20,000 monthly base fee plus ₹300–1,500 for each qualified lead, depending on industry. A lead only counts if it meets a definition we agree in writing before launch, and per-lead fees are capped each month.

Why a hybrid

Pure pay per lead fails on one question: what counts as a lead?

Buyers in India are warned about pay-per-lead offers for good reason: without a shared definition, the agency is paid for form fills and the client pays for leads that never answer. The hybrid fixes that with a small base fee, a written definition and a monthly cap.

How you pay

  • Base fee: ₹20,000 a month covers strategy, build, tracking and reporting.
  • Per qualified lead: ₹300–1,500, set by industry and lead value.
  • Monthly cap: agreed up front, so a good month never surprises your finance team.
  • Ad spend: paid by you directly to the platforms, never through us.

Conditions

We offer pay per lead only when all six are true

These conditions are what stop the disputes pay-per-lead deals are known for.

A written lead definition

For example: phone reached, inside your service area, budget and timeframe confirmed.

Access to your CRM

Read access, or a shared lead sheet your team updates.

Fast follow-up

Your team replies to new leads on WhatsApp or phone the same working day.

Minimum ad spend

₹2 lakh a month, so there is enough data to optimise.

A monthly cap

A ceiling on per-lead fees, agreed before launch.

A 30-day baseline

The first month runs on the base fee only, to measure honestly.

Your definition will differ. The point is that it is agreed and written before the first lead arrives. Full detail is on our lead standard page.

What should a qualified lead cost you?

Pick your industry and monthly ad budget. We show the range of leads, qualified leads and cost per qualified lead to plan around, with the sources behind each number.

Ranges, not promises. Your real numbers depend on offer, location, creative and how fast your team replies.

Honest fit

When pay per lead is the wrong choice

We will recommend a retainer instead if any of these apply.

  • Your ad spend is below ₹2 lakh a month.
  • Leads go to an inbox nobody checks daily.
  • Your sales cycle is longer than 90 days (most B2B and real-estate development).
  • You want brand or awareness work alongside lead generation.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp. A person replies, not a bot.

How much does pay per lead cost in India?

A ₹20,000 monthly base fee plus ₹300–1,500 per qualified lead, depending on industry, with a monthly cap. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms.

Who decides whether a lead is qualified?

Your team marks each lead in the CRM against the written definition. We audit a sample every week and review disputed leads together at the fortnightly call.

What happens in the first month?

A 30-day baseline on the base fee only. We fix tracking, launch, and measure the real cost per qualified lead before per-lead fees start.

Can we switch to a retainer later?

Yes. Some clients move to the Growth retainer once volume is stable, because a fixed fee becomes cheaper than per-lead fees at scale.
