Reporting
What our reporting looks like
Every client gets a live dashboard built on CRM data, not just ad platform numbers. It shows spend, leads, qualified leads, cost per qualified lead and won revenue by channel and country. Below is a sample with dummy data, so you know exactly what you would see.

How to read it
Three numbers matter most
Cost per qualified lead
Spend divided by leads that meet your written lead standard. This is what we optimise.
Qualified rate
The share of leads that pass the standard. Falling rates show a targeting or form problem early.
Won revenue
From your CRM, by channel. It decides where next month’s budget goes.
Cadence
How often you hear from us
- Live: the dashboard updates daily from ad platforms and your CRM.
- Weekly: a short written note on what changed and why.
- Fortnightly: a call to review leads, disputes and tests.
- Monthly: a summary with next month’s plan and budget split.
