Lead quality loop
The lead quality loop: teach Google and Meta which leads became customers
A lead quality loop sends CRM outcomes back to your ad platforms. When a lead is marked qualified or won, that signal goes to Google Ads and Meta through offline conversion import, so their bidding learns to find more people like your customers, not more form fillers.
The problem
Ad platforms optimise for whatever you tell them counts
If a form fill is the only conversion they see, they will find the cheapest form fills: wrong numbers, students, competitors and people outside your area. Cost per lead looks great while sales go nowhere.
- Cheap leads often have the lowest contact rates.
- Platforms can’t see your CRM unless you connect it.
- Fixing it doesn’t need a bigger budget. It needs better signals.
How it works
Four steps, set up once
01
Capture
Every lead is stored with its click ID (gclid, fbclid, li_fat_id), source and consent state.
02
Stage
Your team moves leads through CRM stages: New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won.
03
Score
Simple scoring flags the leads worth calling first, based on fit and intent.
04
Send back
Qualified and won leads are imported to Google Ads and Meta, weekly at first, then daily.
What gets sent
From CRM stage to ad platform signal
| CRM stage | Sent to Google Ads | Sent to Meta | Used for |
|---|---|---|---|
| New lead | Website conversion (secondary) | Lead event | Volume reporting only |
| Qualified | Offline conversion “Qualified lead” (primary) | Conversions API event | Bidding |
| Won | Offline conversion “Customer” with value | Conversions API Purchase with value | Value-based bidding |
| Disqualified | Nothing sent | Nothing sent | Lead-standard reporting |
Uploads use hashed email and phone where the click ID is missing, and respect each lead’s consent.
What you need
Works with the CRM you already have
HubSpot
Native Google Ads and Meta integrations, plus our website form sync.
Zoho CRM
Strong India support; connected with Zoho’s integrations or a scheduled export.
A shared sheet
Fine to start. A weekly upload works until volume justifies a CRM.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp. A person replies, not a bot.
What is offline conversion import?
A way to tell Google Ads or Meta that a click led to an outcome that happened outside the website, such as a qualified call or a signed contract. The platforms then use that signal for bidding.
How long until bidding improves?
Setup takes one to two weeks. Bidding usually needs 4–6 weeks of qualified-lead data, roughly 30 or more qualified conversions a month per campaign, before the change is visible.
Is it allowed under privacy law?
Yes, when leads consented and data is hashed before upload. Our forms record consent, and we exclude leads who declined advertising consent.
Is the lead quality loop included in packages?
Yes, in every package above Launch. CRM sync is part of Growth, and full offline conversion import is part of the Lead Engine.
