The Monk lead standard
What we count as a qualified lead
A qualified lead is a real person, reachable on the details they gave, inside your service area, with budget and timeframe that meet your minimums, and not a duplicate, competitor, job seeker or vendor. We agree this in writing before launch and report every lead against it.
The definition
- Reachable: answers a call or WhatsApp within 3 attempts over 48 hours.
- In area: located in, or buying for, the cities or emirates you serve.
- Intent: budget and timeframe confirmed against minimums you set.
- Unique: not the same person or company within 30 days.
- Genuine: not a competitor, vendor, job seeker or test entry.
How we verify
- Form and WhatsApp leads are de-duplicated automatically.
- Your team (or ours, on request) marks each lead in the CRM within one working day.
- We check a weekly sample against call recordings or chat logs.
- Disputed leads are reviewed together at the fortnightly call.
What disqualifies a lead
- Wrong or unreachable number after 3 attempts
- Outside your service area
- Budget or timeframe below your stated minimum
- Duplicate within 30 days
- Competitor, vendor, job seeker, spam
How it is reported
Every report shows raw leads, qualified leads, the disqualification reasons, and cost per qualified lead by channel. Qualified and won leads are sent back to Google Ads and Meta so their bidding learns from them.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp. A person replies, not a bot.
Can we change the definition later?
Yes, at any fortnightly review. Changes apply from the next full week so numbers stay comparable.
Who decides if a lead is qualified?
Your team marks the outcome in the CRM; we audit a sample. If we disagree, we review it together.
