Performance marketing agency, UAE
The Marketing Monk is a performance marketing agency for businesses in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai and the Northern Emirates. We run Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and optimise them on qualified leads and revenue in your CRM, not on clicks or platform-reported conversions.
Why it changed
Automation runs the bidding now. The inputs decide the result.
Performance Max, AI Max for Search and Meta Advantage+ make most bidding and targeting decisions themselves. Two accounts on the same platform now differ mainly in what they feed the algorithm. That is where an agency still earns its fee.
- Signals: which conversions the platform is told to chase, and how much each is worth.
- Creative: the ads, angles and offers the algorithm gets to test.
- Landing pages: speed, message match and form friction.
- Lead quality: whether the platform ever learns which leads became customers.
What we control
Four inputs we own on every account
First-party conversion data
Server-side tagging, enhanced conversions and offline conversion import, set up in your accounts.
- GA4 + GTM, server-side ready
- Enhanced conversions for leads
- Qualified and won leads sent back
Creative
A testing plan, not a one-off batch: new angles every fortnight, retired on cost per qualified lead.
- Static, video and lead-form variants
- Arabic and Hindi copy on request
Landing pages
Fast pages built for one offer each, with WhatsApp and call tracking.
- Under 2.5 s to load on 4G
- A/B tests on headline and form
Lead quality
A written lead standard and CRM stages, so bidding follows revenue.
- Lead scoring
- Weekly quality review
Channel mix
Where each channel fits in the UAE
| Channel | Best for | Typical role |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search (incl. AI Max) | High-intent demand that already exists | Primary lead source for most service businesses |
| Performance Max | Extra reach once conversion data is clean | Scale, with brand and quality guardrails |
| Meta (Facebook, Instagram) | Creating demand; WhatsApp-first enquiries | Volume, especially B2C and real estate |
| B2B decision makers by role and company | Sales-qualified B2B leads | |
| Demand Gen / YouTube | Consideration and remarketing | Lower-cost demand that Search later converts |
| Microsoft Ads | Desktop-heavy B2B and older audiences | Low-competition extra Search volume |
We recommend a mix in the audit, based on your margins and sales cycle. Most accounts start with one or two channels.
The Lead Engine
One engine, four layers. Each one feeds the next.
Most agencies sell channels. We build the system between them, and we measure it on qualified leads and revenue in your CRM.
Layer 01
Paid acquisition
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and YouTube, built around first-party conversion data. Automation now runs the bidding; we own the inputs it depends on: signals, creative, audiences and landing pages.
Layer 02
Organic lead pipeline
Commercial pages, local SEO and AI search visibility, chosen from the keywords that already convert in your paid accounts. Organic leads lower your blended cost every month they compound.
Layer 03
Conversion layer
Landing pages, WhatsApp click-to-chat and call tracking that turn visits into conversations you can measure, with response-time targets your sales team can actually hit.
Layer 04
Lead quality loop
CRM sync, lead scoring and offline conversion import, so Google and Meta learn which leads became customers, and stop buying the ones that never answer the phone.

Questions we get asked
Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp. A person replies, not a bot.
What does a performance marketing agency do?
It plans, runs and optimises paid campaigns against a business outcome. For us that outcome is qualified leads and revenue in your CRM, measured on cost per qualified lead.
How is this different from a Google Ads agency?
We run Google Ads, but also Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft, the landing pages and the CRM feedback loop. The aim is the cheapest qualified lead across channels, not the best results inside one platform.
How much budget do we need?
Most accounts start between AED 10,000 and 40,000 a month in ad spend, paid directly to the platforms. Below AED 5,000 a month, one channel done well beats several done thinly.
How soon will results improve?
Tracking fixes and restructuring usually show in the first 30 days. Optimising on lead quality takes 6–12 weeks, because the platforms need enough qualified-lead data to learn from.
